$330 per axle is only part of the story. You can expect to pay $500 for a diff shop to do the work so it is done right.

If you use a diff shop they will likely require that you give them a set of bearings so they can replace as needed (and not have your truck on their rack for weeks waiting for parts). Figure 330 per axle. My truck had only 22k miles and the rear bearings were shot -- front was fine.

This is not your father's Dana 60 -- putting a locker in requires specilized tools and know-how. 250+ for each locker, plus 50 for bronze thrust washers is recommended, then get ready to pay Bob Stahl 160+/per just to set up that locker.

Bottom line, you could easily spend $2,500 for new gears and a rear locker.
