I will putting Mopar in it. I'm not a restorer, but I'm not entirely pragmatic either. My '55 Chieftain for example. As I mentioned I built a '58 engine for it. This was much more expensive than a later pontiac engine and much much more than a small block chevy. I went with the '58 because it is the best engine of the early design pontiac v8s. I went with the early design just because I'm a little quirky about some things and it just seemed right for that car. For some reason the Poly just seems a little neater for the M43/37 than the LA, no rational thinking here. These trucks tend to illicit a passion in us, passion is not particularly rational or even reasonable. I've just got some indelible feeling about the Poly over the LA for this truck. Reason points me to the LA, but...
