The WDX parts truck I recently picked up had one of these combat tires on it. It felt twice as heavy as the other tire/wheels. I have read that they also used a specific "combat" tube. It was smaller for the decreased air space inside the thicker tire, but yet still labeled the same size, i.e. 9.00 16. Often the tire and tube where labeled "Combat".
