Most auto wreckers can sell an entire vehicle
as 'sold for parts' they will issue a 'junk' title. The buyer then has to prove to DMV that the vehicle was restored from 'junk',thus a new title can be issued. Or the buyer can park the rig on his land and after
the required time, perform a lien sale on it. (after disposing of any paperwork from the auto wrecker) thus, after the lein sale is completed, the person who's land it is on automatically gets a fresh title. Good luck!
