There was a hub conversion kit made for the full time Dodge's, use to sell them in the 4x4 shop I worked in about 8 years ago. At that time a set of locking hus for a ford or chevy ran about $100.00 the kit for the Dodge was over $500.00, it came with new outer axle's, hubs and a special spindle.I don't know if this kit is still made, check some of the 4x4 magazines.Don't forget the grease fitting on the front hub bearing retainer. Bill
