unhook hoses(at block,sometimes the hoses get plugged at a low spot)put garden hose to it. don't clamp hose on or you'll blow a good core they're only meant to take 20psi.just hold hose to core fitting.Try both fittings. you're gonna get wet, but it should help since you seem to be getting some flow.probly get lots of rusty guuk out-and maybe blow the core also-the solder joints do get weak and can't be fixed.oh-well... have fun
