Happy Holidays guys,
On the way back from Fla I stopped into see Richard L. In Montgomery, Ala. He has the neatest setup you would ever like to see. He can take a whole cab and attach it to a device on wheels and spin it 360 to work on or paint. He also has a pretty nice PW he picked up in New Mexico and is about done restoring the brakes. He has been holding a PTO for me off of the smaller 6 cyl. and I picked it up at that time. We still do not know for sure if it will fit a WM300. Does any one know for sure??? I need a front and a rear drive shaft for it including the u-joints if any one has one for sale. This is also the first time my wife has met another PW enthusiast except for Richard D. in B'ham. She thinks PW stuff is a virus and we are all infected. Did any one else get the nativad virus. Easy to fix it you did. Any one got a good used gas tank and/ or the straps and hardware to hold one on for sale?
I must say that Dave at Vintage Power Wagons found out that both my front wheel cylinders were leaking badly and he sent me two brand new ones so here is an "atta boy" for him and the guys at VPW. Anyone who has not replaced wheel cylinders just remember the Big Bore goes Back (BBB) Big hole to the rear of the vehicle will sort our which one goes on left and right.... Any one who has not got shots of my European WM300 closed cab please write me and I'll e-mail you some. Still have not had time to put them on Fourm...Thanks Alabama Al
