You have cookies armed on your machine. This site loads cookies, and one of the things it loads via those cookies is info about you and what you did. Specifically it will fill in your name, email, subject and the links fields including (ta-dah!) the image URL.

If you use cookies, you must check these fields before you post. Especially if you use an alternative witty name. It will default back to whatever the last info was in those fields.
