We just put a 340 in Rob's 62 W100. This is the second one we have used. The first is in a 64 W200 and has been in it sense 1974. I would take these over most other motors, even the 383 in our 65 crew cab. They are almost impossible to find in rebuildable shape. We ran these in the sand dunes at Pismo Beach back in the 70's and the quick rev was to our advantage. If you have a 340 and decide not to use it, PLEASE let us know. Thanks
