I hate it when that happens. Yesterday I fixed a slightly leaky urinal in one end of my building. As soon as I turned the water back on, the urinal in the other end of the building started spewing a big puddle of water all over the floor. Sometimes the machines are against us.
Is the pump making pressure? Does something need to be bled? Maybe crack the downstream fittings a little until all the air is out? All the pieces back in right? I once overhauled a spool valve on my backhoe, got it all put together that the boom kept drifting to one side. I gave up on it, and then months later found a little plastic ball on my workbench and realized I'd forgotten to put it back in the valve.
