Overcompensation - Cab Mount Blocks

Well, I fabricated some new front cab mounts. The factory specification are a 1-9/16" blocks with a 3/8" rubber pad. I fabricated a package using a wood block and 1/4" rubber belting, and ended up just shy of 2" (1/4"-3/16" too tall).

It raised the cab up off the frame to clear by about 5/8". the cab isn't in good shape so the floor may be sagging some.

The space from the bottom of the cab to the running board however is now 1.5", and the running boards are setting on good correct parts.

So how much room should there be between the cab bottom and the running boards?
