hemi transplant

I am looking at purchasing a 41 power wagon. Right now has the flat head six, which runs. i also have available to me a 57 imperial with the 392 hemi. I would like to purchase the power wagon and put the hemi in it.

Any idea on what bell housing, PP,and clutch it would take to mate this up? And where I can buy the parts?
