Could be a re-stamped replacement. When I got the truck, the title was using the engine number, and they may have re-stamped a rebuilt engine to keep a valid title. I've since had the title corrected to be the frame/serial number as I expected to do this (temporary) engine swap.

Now that the engine is out and I can look at the T137 number better I see the "-" is actually a sideways "1". Also notice the rivet and part of a metal tag.

The 5 and 1 is clearly a "51" There is a 1-3 in an area below it.
