The big hose could be a cover over smaller hydraukic hoses, one pressure and one return. Or welder cables. Or, its a grinder with a vacuum hose?
But looks like it works in concert with a windshield frame jig, so I would bet he is adjusting the windshield hinges. Or maybe it is a spot welder, and he is attaching hinge bases, using the jig to align them?
But it would take a heck of a piston/diaphragm to squash a whole cab with compressed air. And there ain't none near the cab.
