If it's over a 130 designation then it's likely an FA50 front axle with an RA20 rear. Swappable third member as with PW but has a larger diameter lug pattern at 5 on 8. My '60 IHC B140 had the same axles and was delivered from the factory with 9.00-18 tires, not 9.00-16.
