I just got a cylinder hone and my parts store just matched the rubber parts I needed with my old ones. There wasnt a "kit". I used my cordless drill and I think I used some brake fluid to keep the hone damp and polished up the cylinders. I didnt have to spin the drill as fast as it could go for 10 minutes. Seems like it was a 30 second process on and off with the drill. Cleaned it all up with cleaner and put things back together.
