Californians are some of the coolest people I have ever met, most are very humble respectful and have a good sense of humor.
Never will forget the fellow I met in San Blas Mexico, he was from Santa Cruz, in those days he was a long hair, hell of a surfer, pull into to anything, did not use drugs of any kind we called him Heroin, both because he kind of had a crazied look and he was our hero for some of the barrels he pulled into, very humble and fun to be around, those were the days
donīt know about the law makers in that state, but Iīm sure they are following their orders
