and your description is pretty close as to what to expect. Most of the time, "they" (the doctors and nurses expect you to get tired and quit). Not me,,,, When I told them I was ready to run when the incline was at its steepest, they said, "go for it". No problems were found, BTW. You do your own thing and take congnizance of what's goin' on with your own self. Adapt, accordingly!!!!
