I have a 66 W500 that I would consider parting out. The only parts on your particular list that mine has would be the front driveshaft, doors (assuming they're the same), shifter for PTO & the glove box door. My truck is mostly mechanical complete except the front winch/bumper & entire PTO was removed, sans the shifter... and all the glass has been shot out of it. Some of my cab parts won't interchange with yours due to differences between 64 & 66. Mine has a poly 318 (non running)& np540 5-speed, lock-out hubs & is 175" WB.
I don't know how close to TX you are, but I could make you a deal on the whole truck, that way you'd have a spare lol. Its a rough truck but has the whole drivetrain.
