Fluid leaking in or from boot says new seals needed in master cylinder VERY soon. Probably have to hone the bore as well. When you reassemble it, make sure the push rod is pushing on the piston at the right angle and is adjusted correctly.
For safety, any brake fluid leak needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.
