I have been consistently outbid since Michigan started putting things online. The last one that surprised me was a couple of rollbacks in Roscommon that went for this price range. One was probably worth it, but the other was a rusted out wreck. They both went to the same purchaser in Tennessee who never inspected them according to my contacts.
