Installing an hour meter is easy. Just a simple electrical connection. Be sure to hook it to the ignition side of the circuit so it only runs when the engine runs. But, I doubt that the hour meter will be of much use for a road vehicle.
Since most Power Wagons aren't driven much, they probably need servicing on a schedule, such as an oil change once or twice a year.
