If it's all there, mostly original, runs and drives, I would fix the brakes (which always need fixing), put a new (not NOS) kit in the carburetor and fuel pump since the old rubber always fails quickly on modern gas, replace any doubtful-looking hoses and belts, get all the electrical stuff working (there isn't much), change all the oil, and have fun driving it up in the mountains on the worst roads I could find. At some point, I'd scrape the rusty parts of the body and put some kind of paint on them so they would at least stop rusting and when my heirs sell it to a restoration guy like yourself, he wouldn't have to deal with any more rust than it had when I got it. And maybe I'd put a piece of cardboard of the seat springs so they didn't poke me in the a** all the time.
