You’re on the right track by going through medical professionals and getting your bloodwork done, but don’t be surprised if doctors can’t nail down a specific cause. Highly educated doctors with the best intentions can fall short of finding causes and cures in situations like this where so many varying interpretations of the symptoms are possible.
Also, it is wise to keep asking other people as you have done here. Become educated through self-research, but be careful of self-diagnosis.
If it makes you feel any better, I don’t tolerate cold or heat as well as I used to either. My blood sugar levels, which have been within normal limits my entire life, are now hypoglycemic. My former 20/20 vision has fallen off rapidly. I can’t hear certain pitches of sound in my left ear. I hear almost nothing out of my right ear. The hair in my ears grows faster than the hair on my head. I pee ten times for each cup of coffee I drink. This all happened in my 40’s. I guess what I’m trying to say is that you may have a medical problem or you may just be dealing with the natural aging process. Follow through with your docs for sure, but don’t be shocked if you are sent home without answers.
With regard to your lack of energy or interest in things… I've never known anyone who doesn't sometimes find themselves not wanting to do the things that they need or want to do. It is human nature that there will be times when, in spite of all that we need to do, and even want to do, we will find ourselves not wanting to do anything. At times like that, we need to find some sort of motivation that will enable us to overcome our complacency and move into action. When you don’t feel like doing it, do it anyway, and you just might feel better.
I hope this helps. Kev
