It was irresponsible to post the address. I had stopped by about 6 or so times and never seen any signs of life. I had knocked on the door each time. Out here 90% of the homes are empty in the winter, and I assumed it belonged to a summer only resident.
I knocked on a neighbor's door and she gave me the info to try to contact the owner. I went to work and posted the update, but I could only approximate the address and when I was trying to figure it out I was stunned to find the PW visible from space.
The MD called me today, upset that someone was trying to enter the buildings on the property, and that they would not leave when asked to do so. He wanted to know if it was me...or anyone I knew.
I have learned my lesson.

ps The owner was a very nice to me...in retrospect I doubt I would have been as diplomatic...which makes me feel even more guilty!
