I just acquired a very nice 63 W-300 and am considering the same set up. The 61-71 Sweptline forum has 4 or 5 guys that have made the 6bt swap. some without firewall mods.

Here are some specs on the 6bt

Power steering might be needed as well as front spring mods. Front disc brakes a must.

Will be installing mine new brake set up shortly.

The best set up would be to go with the whole drive train early 90s 12V including NV4500 and married transfer case.

Love to see Sam's set up or anyone elses for that matter.
