I found out that i have 1.5 and have to take
insulin to control have to check bs levels
2 hrs after each meal and count the carbs before having a meal and adjust humlog for the carb intake - the good stuff (ie fruit) is not always good for you or your body
follow doctors instructions
ps I am going on 72 and my only symptoms were
weight loss and no energy have put back on 10
lbs or so wow up to 148 (about the same i weighed when i was 23 & 1/2 and got drafted)
