Yes I have dealt with similar symptoms at a similar age. I used to get a physical and blood work annually when I had health insurance. I think it would make my doctor mad when the results came back and he couldn't find any reason to put me on some kind of new maintenance medication.
The answer for me was not in a pill or a bottle but in a closer relationship with my loving father God. What a difference!!!
I'm not suggesting you skip the doctors appointment as they may find something that a pill will help. Just know that all healing comes from God.
