It sounds strange but your diet may be a huge factor in this. Try eating just the things that grow and breath for a couple of weeks and see if it improves. I had real bad allergies and low energy and I started eating "primal" and the allergies went away and energy increased.Look up the primal blueprint and try to follow it. Its a real easy "diet" and it has helped me out tremendously.
