the top-coat is a product that not to many have tried. my floor pans were done along with head lightbuckets, no problems. there rust products do have uv. problems if you don't follow the instructions. most of us open the can brush it on like paint and think that it. the 1-800 # is on the can we just have to call and it won't peel. at least he on the atlantic north east coast.
