POR states that it is not UV tolerant. I coated a frame with it but then top coated with there Black Kote, I think that is what it's called, it protects the POR 15 from the UV rays.
I coated it in 1999 and it still looks like new. The rest of the story is, it's been sitting inside the shop waiting for the rest of the PW to be installed. So, honestly I can't tell you how it will hold up in the elements but I didn't expect to with just the POR 15 on it.
My 60 WM300 in the picture has the front bumper winch extensions etc. coated with it as well and again, top coated. As stated in previous post, it is always stored in doors.
