hood latch rivets

So in my over zealousness to actually be doing something when I cant afford to buy parts or have any projects to do, I removed the rivets from the hood latches to replace them.
I didnt realize that the broken levers could be replaced just by removing the cotter pin and pull the lever and shaft out.

Anyway, I got replacement latches from Robert in the OC, thanks for those Robert, and ordered 12 hood latch rivets from VPW.

My question is: has anyone set hood latch rivets and what did they use? Is there a tool that size for heating them and setting them since they are kinda small??

And on another note, Chris I think I will need to borrow your punch for the fender rivets.
