How much difference does it really make? It doesn't seem to me that without modifying the rest of the aspiration system just putting a different cam in won't do much. I have done several engines over the years and never found an engine with a bad stock ground cam. When properly redone a fresh 230 engine does very well. These truck are so old that not many of us have ever driven a truck with an engine that was running up to snuff. Tell Jill we said hi.
