I made it clear that I wanted some kind of readily negotiable payment. They sent cash American. $40-$100. And I've done that myself, when the risk is minimal compared to a trip to the post office or bank. It even protects me from fraud, no way to phish info from cash.
But .RU? Better to err on the side of caution.
