David, what I usually do is say no bidders outside of the US. It seems to keep the riffraff out. I have been contacted by buyers who are truly interested, who are out of country, and we communicate back and forth before auction ends. So far, I have shipped to the Yukon, Australia, France and England with no problems. Best of luck, Matt
