The power was coming off the back of the heat gauge, which was probably the original location, but I can't be sure. The wire was original. I cleaned the contact and the blower is working again.
It was easier to take out the gauge cluster to connect everything back together. The wire going between the heat gauge and switch has an inline fuse, and the wire is so short, it makes it really difficult to get the fuse back in from under the dash.
My youngest daughter and I rode in the Power Wagon, so the tradition of getting the Christmas Tree with the Dodge continues.
