You could stop the auction and start it over.
I don't sell overseas anymore. There is no accountability once it leaves the states. I sold a bunch of trains to a guy in England. He kept complaining that they didn't come. After 2 months I requested they be located and returned. Turns out they were going to the guys work and they wouldn't leave them without a signature, he was never there. The US post office couldn't track it and the PO over there didn't care.
The PO here wanted the return postage when they finally showed up. I told them I wouldn't pay and they kept the trains.
Canada seems safe but I don't recommend overseas. To many scams, no control.
