I was thinking of waterproofing the concrete(hot tar or some sort of mastic used today to waterproof concrete) and then build up a little slope with tar paper by putting it down like shingles building up each layer behind the previous one overlapping and sealing them. I have a lot of clay roofing tiles so I would put them aroung the edge to keep the soil from running off. My biggest question is what is the best product for waterproofing the concrete
