Ran over my dog today when I got home

I am sitting here waiting for some news from the vet on if she will make it or not. She went under both tires of my '97 Diesel(Dodge related anyway). Anyone have any good results from doing this? She got up and ran to my deck with no limping or anything. I am worrying about internal issues.
