I live in Spokane and work in Cheney. I moved here in '96. Since then SR 904 from I-90 to Cheney has been re-paved 3 times due to studded tire wear. I-90 from SR904 (Four Lakes exit)to Spokane has been repaved twice. Rut / track width matches cars not trucks. Studs should be outlawed or at least an extra surcharge / tax paid by those who use them. I run studless winter tires. They do great. That's my 2 cents...
