On Paul's recommendation, I got several rolls of Peel-N-Seal roofing membrane to use as insulation and sound-deadening in the cab. It has a self-adhesive backing mated to aluminum matting. It absorbs sound and reflects heat just like Dynamat and the other expensive stuff sold in the car stereo stores, but costs less. I'm gonna apply seam sealer to all the cab seams, stick on a layer of Peel-N-Seal, and add a couple layers of Reflectix (the aluminum-coated bubble wrap). Should be a vast improvement!
