The only difficulty is getting the key blank. The old narrow key blanks are getting harder to get.
If you need, I will get the Ilco blank numbers for you. Check out the posts on the Power Wagon Advertiser site. I listed the numbers there.
The old keys can still be ordered by locksmiths from locksmith supply warehouses.
My locksmith told me they scrap out old key blanks because there are so many different blanks.
