I don't remember. Newer vehicles do, it would be stamped internally, where it can be read once the lock is picked and disassembled.
I did make matching keys for my doors when I added a key to the drivers side. Took them both apart, filed a master the why I liked, and made both locks work with it.
Locks are mechanical contrivances. My only previous experience was watching a lock smith do it once. About 20 minutes. He let me watch because he knew my Dad. One more incidence in Dad's practice of exposing us kids (5) to everything. He wasn't perfect, but this was for sure one of the best concepts he ever followed. Being a five year old, and watching Orin the Well Driller at his forge was another memorable example.
Good or bad, he made me what I am today.
