if y ou rea this article it says 1 % but huge portions will be swooped up by foreign investors as well. The Bad thing about the way China functions is the do not allow GM to import any cars. they force them to produce there. some of that is fine but the imbalance is huge. I think GM only exported 7000 cars to Chian last year but built and sold 100s of thousands there. how is that a free market? they charge huge import taxes and we charge none on most goods. that aint free..........
