O.T. Painting Scuba Tanks

All,I know this is off topic, but I am unable to find how to repaint some yellow scuba tanks that the paint has chipped off. I've monitored this fourm for many years and hope some of the craftsman(some of you amaze me with what you can do with metal.)can steer me in the right direction. I've e-mailed Luxfer and other tank mfgs.with no reply. Thank you in advance.
