I think he's saying that they're allowing 15% ethanol in gas now, up from 10%. I can't see it making a huge difference myself in terms of the fuel system. It's disappointing that ADM still has so much pull with the feds that they can expand their alcohol subsidy like this, though. Call me old-fashioned but I think we should eat our food rather than burn it in our cars and I don't like my tax money subsidizing growing corn to burn.
