WC-52-two speed transfer case?

What is needed to convert a 3/4 ton WC truck from its single speed transfer case to the two speed transfer case which is used in the 1.5 ton WC,WDX, and M-37 Power Wagons. I have an extra two speed transfer case and floor pan from a WC-62.What has anyone encountered with switching out transfer cases? Thanks
