I got mine on ebay. They are called cab clearance lights.
Mine were Arrow brand. A guy in California had apparently scouted the salvage yards and accumulated many of the original glass lenses, and then had an aftermarket outfit redo the chrome metal and gaskets.
When I searched the junkyards around here, I found several cab clearance lights of different makes, but all of them had very corroded and pitted chrome metal. That is why I went with the "new" ones.
