Hammer + flat jawed vice grips. After completely rounding off the thing by pounding on an 11mm sockett then a 10mm end wrench I put a vise-grip on the thing as tight as I possibly could then slammed the end of the vise grip with a hammer. It took a couple tries but it worked. Now where can I get a new one?
