I brightened up the pictures to where I could sort of see it. Might have something (fire pump or plow frame?) mounted on the front bumper. Definitely not an M37 ("Civilian" or otherwise). Might be something tall mounted in the bed behind the cab, too. I suppose it could be some sort of pole-setting truck, though I didn't know they made WCs that way. Utility bed looks modern to me. For a seller with an inaccurate description, and pictures that are even worse, he's asking a mighty high price it seems to me.
